Sealing the tile before grouting will make grout removal much easier. A couple of applications are usually enough to bring out the color and improve the appearance of your stone floor, path, wall or countertop. I definitely prefer the color enhancer because it brings out the natural color of the stone. I bought it for a honed surface green dolomitic limestone countertop. If initial coat has been absorbed, apply additional coat 15 minutes after first application. In the light one ca see how there are still small “shiny” parts where some of the sealer still stuck but about 80% of it is gone.

I’ve applied 2-3 coats per the instructions with minimal color enhancement.

Apply liberally using a new mop, lambswool applicator or sponge. I did try to use the wet look sealer over the enhancer to give it a little bit of gloss, but it didn’t work very well.

I used the top of the spray bottle (not sure why it doesn’t just come with one) and a paint brush to apply. Synthetic mop and bucket with wringer, and scrub brush or scrub machine.
