Bob’ Wood Specialties Credit River Granite: Burnsville
In the meantime, you can explore our website to learn more. Burnsville is a fully developed suburban bedroom community.
Burnsville through the 1990s filled in the last of its available land with upscale housing stock and apartment complexes.
This has produced a diverse range of housing types from single-family homes to high-density condominiums.
Since the city was developed in a sprawl fashion, new and old buildings sit between each other. The new industrial area in the west side of the city contains many manufacturing and corporate headquarters as well as large modern warehouses.West of the new downtown area are new office buildings, where one tower reaches above ten stories.
Although, when it was all said and done, the countertops look fabulous.
The installer was careful to make sure patterns lined up, seams were all but invisible, and on-site cuts were accurate. If you can look past the chaos of the process and focus on the long term results you’ll probably be happy using this company. After installation we noticed a dull spot in the granite’s finish. They determined that the flaw was in the stone and could not be corrected.

The offered to replaced the entire job without any hesitation at all. We were also offered a free upgrade to select a different stone from a higher category. The job was completed quickly and professionally. Also, the stainless steel sink they offer (to all customers) is much better quality than any we could find in the home improvement stores.
David was an absolute pleasure to work with. He gave good advice through the project and guided us directions renovation rookies like us wouldn’t have thought to go, without being pushy or trying to drive cost up. Given we had a structural issue, and citing safety concerns, he went out of his way to come down to the house and build a temporary wall to hold our ceiling in place. Despite the fact we continued to move the goal posts on him by adding various aspects to the project after the initial bid, he was patient and courteous and willing to work with us.
The project was completed on time and we were very happy with the results.
Dan also provides a detailed online schedule of when the work would be done. To select our granite (for countertops), tile (backsplash), and carpet, he gave us multiple places to visit. I wanted till the fourth store we visited. I chose had to be made-to-order, which would take 12 weeks.
Victor even got the last corner bullnose tile in the country! We were on a time crunch to complete the job and they were very aware of this.
They put coverings down to keep carpets clean and to keep new wood floor from getting scratched. The installation went off without a hitch. The attention to detail to complete the backsplash, with addition of pencils and just the right color grout was impeccable. Any changes were reflected in a new invoice and sent to us immediately. Dan came with me to select shower tile, floor tile, and granite that would complement each other and the places we went to did quality work. The crew placed the tile and really had a sense of what would look great and it sure did! I had thoughts or suggestions, they quickly accommodated and were so easy to work with, even when it meant replacing a piece of tile. They did a nice job putting up a tarp to keep the dust at a minimum (although there was still dust that needed to be cleaned up). The work took a bit longer to complete than we were hoping for, but it was usually due to outside circumstances.

Dan was on top of the situation and made it right. We are selling our house and wanted to do the upgrade to the kitchen counters.
However, his price was very competitive and he had great customer focus.
They encouraged us to look at remnant pieces first as it would be less a less expense option. The nicest piece we could find was a remnant. It has been a great addition to the bathroom. A very knowledgeable representative came to our home, recorded the measurements of the project, and offered suggestions for placement and back splash options.
